Accord (Japanese: アコール, Hepburn: Akōru) was the name given to several identical Androids. They were Recorders (Japanese: 記録者, Hepburn: Kiroku-sha), tasked with recording world events, from the ancient past to the distant future. They were sent from the Old World, and were instructed not to interfere with the world.[1][1.1][1.2] [1.3]
