Beis (Japanese: ベイス, Hepburn: Beisu; died May 998) was the Lord of the Land of Sands in the late 10th century. He met his demise at the hands of the Intoner One.
History
Beis was the Lord of the Land of Sands by the year 998. In May of the same year, his castle was besieged by a group of five magical girls known as Intoners. His servant Partition informed him of the invaders, and was authorised by Beis to deploy Chimeras to deal with the situation.[1.3] However, after seeing them, Beis hoped to kill the Intoners himself, and fought them using his Golem. However, he was outmatched by the Intoners. In his final moments, he begged for mercy, but One, their leader, showed him none. Instead, she caved in his skull with a swift punch.[1.1]

Beis is Spanish for beige. This follows the theme of the Lords of the Lands being named after colours.
