Gray's Spear was the weapon used by the lord of the Land of Mountains, Gray.

History

On June 6, 998, Gray took the spear with him on a journey to the Cathedral City where he and the other lords sought to open Mercury's Door.[1][1.1] When the magical girls known as Intoners arrived there, Gray used the spear to kill three of them: Three, Five and Four.[1.2]

Later, after the Intoner One shattered Mercury's Door and released the black sludge it kept at bay, Gray tried to attack the daemon Armisael the sludge summoned with the spear. However, he was killed almost immediately.[1.3]

When the original Intoner Zero arrived at the scene, One picked up the spear to use against her. Their fight was soon interrupted by Baltas, the guardian of Mercury's Door.[1.4] Baltas eventually blew One away, breaking her arm. He then took the spear from her and used it to impale her against a nearby building.[1.5] In the end, One had to shatter the spear in order to free herself.[1.6]
