It involved the opening of [[Mercury's Door]] in the [[Cathedral City]] by the [[Intoners]]. They subsequently came in contact with the [[black sludge]] that was trapped behind the door, which was in actuality a [[flower]]. The black sludge made the Intoners summon [[daemons]], unleashing chaos upon the world. It was eventually stopped by the Intoner [[Zero]] and her dragon companion [[Michael]].

The events that transpired resulted in the deaths of all the remaining landed lords. It also further empowered the Intoners, making them grown faster than if they had done so naturally. However, it also resulted in the existence of the disciples who served to dampen and manage their growing powers.
